I hope we are able to create our own character for Single Player too!
I'm not sure how I feel about that. While I would love to make my own (female ) character, not sure if I want it to mess up the story.
I mean, it would be hard enough to find moves for the character. And they would probably have to borrow the specials and fatalities from already made characters too . I can see it being a mess with "Player 1 wins" instead of the character name

Wait...forget my idea, THAT sounds even better. OMG, what if, in like, story mode, you have progression tiers like in Armageddon, except you get a choice of different abilities to customize your fighter to suit your play-style? And with a customizable look in the beginning, it'd be like you yourself are travelling through the game and becoming a Kombatant.

I mean... this **** is supposed to be Next Gen, they can think of something. Maybe give us the choice of choosing a side, what to say (like Fallout) and making decisions on who we choose to ally ourselves with. Whoever we train with is who we get our moveset inspirations from? idk... I just hate playing as a character like Sub Zero, Liu Kang, and every other mainstream character.

yeahhh, that'd be the best idea imo. It would make it more re-playable too
