I don't think you are familiar with RnB...just let there are many different forms of pop there are many different forms of R&B. All of Me is still classified RnB all of Alicia Keys song which are arguably more pop based are still considered Rnb. And just so you know Billboard classifies All of Me as R&B.
But do agree this is a weak album...maybe thats why Psy is coming this weekend.

Okay i'm just not feeling the album sadly like I'm distraught over this idk the direction of the album is a bit meh.........
Eyes, Nose, Lips is still perfection tho

it's definitely R&B influenced, but it's a weak title track. Let me listen to the other tracks to see if it gets better.

Nope, I'm completely familiar with the genre, grew up on it, so thank you for that. Just because Billboard deems something as "R&B" doesn't mean it is "R&B". 
Alicia Keys is an R&B artist but Girl On Fire was not R&B, it was a pop ballad, let's be real here. I'm not trying to drag your knowledge either, I'm just stating an opinion and clarifying that Taeyang's interview was misleading.
These tracks are filler... one of these songs sounds like it could have been on Taylor's RED album. I mean, c'mon.
Weakest release of the year. Hype killed this. RINGA LINGA is the best track on the album.

The title track and Stay With Me are the only ones I use. Body reminds me way too much of Do You Love Me.

The album sounds more soul influenced than r&b to me. I hear some gospel influence for sure. Like the ending of Stay With Me, as well as 이게 아닌데 and 버리고. That said Love You To Death is probably my favorite track.
