Well, good with you on your sh!t. I’m still behind. Just heard Play It Again and it’s a good song to actually to listen on the radio. A good mid level sound that creates love feelings. I would play it again because it’s so good. The notable songs that I like are Get Your shine on, Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye, I’m so Happy, Me and My Broken Heart, All of Me, The Worst, Not a Bad thing, A Sky full of Stars and much more. Good chart and good music.
6-5-14 Lady A uses their Compass to get to a Bartender
Hey Everyone. I realized about last week I had found a chart error way back before my computer died. See on my Zune, I used to make an up to date Top 40 playlist given whatever my week would have as a top 40. ANYWAY I didn't realize this until this week, but I have a chart update from then!
I also should let y'all know some of the chart weeks will be shifted because of this for the chart I was supposed to post last Thursday. So with this mini update I want to post just this and correct the # of weeks. Another Update will come of course for this past week's music.
So what I have in the collapsed is the week of 2/27 (before my old computer died) and the week of 5-29-14 chart update
here
2/27/14 and 5/29/14
In doing a new Chart update, I really wanted to make note of the fact Play It Again is no longer my #1 song last week and this week Instead, again, Lady Antebellum with their new single Bartender snatched the top spot from Luke Bryan and have ruled the summit for 2 weeks. Obviously the new song from Lady Antebellum has nothing on Compass, but the song itself is of a grand quality and is great in its own right. Also because of some extensive promo (on my part) Compass this week rises again to the #2 spot When will it end I will never know
Aside from Ariana Grande's Problem, which moves up the summit 10-7, the rest of the top 10 literally has some connection to modern country music in the US (Sorry collin). From the two Florida Georgia Line entries to the Carrie Underwood Blown Away debut, Country music has literally taken control of about everything in my countdown
In other intresting chart entries, a demo by Kelly Clarkson called Ready To Go re-enters at #16, Nicki Minaj's new single Pills N Potions debuts at #31, and former chart topper has comeback with her song Crazy Stupid Love at #33, Ms. Cheryl Cole (as she is being marketed).
I'll leave the rest of the chart for y'all to make comments from the chart below:
