It's not an excuse and it makes perfect sense. The stadium was over-booked and the only date(s) available were too close to Christmas so she chose to perform at an arena so that she could spend more time with her family and be back in US by the 21st. It's pretty simple, really, but you all stay doing the absolute most as usual
