So back when I was 18 I lived with my bestfriend for almost 2 years, she's part of our friendship group so she's kind of everyone's best friend. But anyway she's not really the kind of person who always wants to hang out / text etc, like sometimes I won't see her for a month or two and we're still best friends. Anyway..
So I hardly use Facebok, yesterday I logged on for the first time in like a month or whatever, and the first thing I see on my newsfeed is a post from her boyfriend (who she lives with now) and it was a picture of their baby scan and it says she's 3 months pregnant 
So I text some of my friends (we're all in a friendship group we're basically all best friends) and everybody already knew about the baby months ago, I was the last one to find out, like I thought she would have at least text me or whatever, even though I haven't seen her in like a month. I'm kind of annoyed I was the last to know and people who aren't even that close to her knew before me!
Sidenote: I'm not just being moany here, I didn't tell her any of this, I'm so happy for her of course, I'm not gonna ruin her moment  |
Oh my god, you sound exactly like me. I won't go weeks without talking to my friends but they all live in the same city as me. They'll text/call/ hangout with each other while I'm home... by myself...off of work...bored
Like what kind of bestfriends are y'all and it sounds really trivial but its the truth. I talked to them about this and they said I'm over-reacting and they used by astrological sign to try and back that up like that makes any sense
Just last week I seen one of these "best-friends" and we stooped and talked for a little bit and then I looked at her hand and it said "08-14"
Which is the date her and her convicted felon of a boyfriend made it official. I basically dragged her for it and told my other friends about it, come to find out they already knew
And that in a nutshell is how they are. The ****ing pits, I can't
But it's still 3.99 digitally, but I ended up only paying 2.70 cause I had a promo code.
