As someone who doesn't even particularly pay attention to Iggy, I'm pretty sure Billboard is the authority on this. Nobody cares if it's "tied for" second. That's still second.
And Problem and Work actually debuted at the same time, so they're the 2nd/3rd H100 charters simultaneously.
With Work having bubbled under months earlier, so that's the earlier overall BB charter anyway.

No, they started on the Hot 100 at the same time. They're her 2nd and 3rd H100 charters. How is that irrelevant?
I only mention BU because if there was a tiebreaker for which one's 2nd, it would be more logical for it to be the one that had been BB-charting.

No, they wanted to give her "a cute record." Doesn't make it correct that Work is somehow the 3rd charter.
I mean, Billboard makes up all kinds of random **** as they go along.
And often has typos. Like when Birthday sold 38 million copies.

No, I'm not saying it's a typo. I'm saying that Billboard can be a big mess, making stuff up as they go along (like arbitrarily choosing when to implement Youtube, and when to count 1-retailer albums on the BB200, and when to let old songs back onto the chart), and another one of their most obvious signs of incompetence is their tendency towards typos.

I still don't think it makes sense that BB changes rules when they feel like it to not let Let it Go chart higher, or to not count YT for Gangnam Style but wait till a big viral song by a white guy comes along...and I don't see why I would change my mind about this.
And you are being really rude by laughing at me and calling me a mess for pointing out facts.
