1.- To be eligible to chart you must have AT LEAST 3,000 posts at the end of the tracking week.
2.- If you have less than 3,000 posts at the end of the tracking period, you won't be eligible to chart, even if you posted 2,500 posts in that week. Why? because to be considered an ATRL dedicated member you have to have posted at least that number of times. (And it was gonna be at least 5,000 but I repented).
