Here is the synopsis of the Top 30 Country Digital Downloads for the tracking period ending 21 May 2014
Luke Bryan Holds Onto #1 and #2 (the latter a track with Florida Georgia Line) while The Voice’s 2014 runner-up Jake Worthington places two tracks in the Top 20.
Once again it’s Luke Bryan’s world as he places three singles in the Top 30 with two of them at #1 and #2 (just like the radio airplay this week). The first one, “Play It Again” surpassed Platinum sales numbers to give the singer his latest Platinum single, a position that the #2 track “This Is How We Roll” already owns as well. At #3 is Jake Worthington with his cover of Bryan Adam’s “Heaven” from last week’s “The Voice” episode. Jake Owen’s “Beachin’” sits at #4 with sales approaching Gold. The single hit the Top 10 on the radio airplay chart this week. at #5 is Blake Shelton’s latest hit “My Eyes,” It features Gwen Sebastian.
Dierks Bentley is this week’s Riser of the Week, gaining 10 slots to enter Top 10 of the Digital Single Sales chart.

Dierks’s single has gained 50% in sales over last week again as “Drunk On A Plane” now has moved 82k and looks like it’ll be one of the Summer 2014’s biggest hits. Keith Urban’s “Cop Car” is at #8 while Brantley Gilbert’s new single with Justin Moore and Thomas Rhett opens up at #9 with 29k singles sold. Miranda Lambert’s “Automatic” is at #10 and nearly has sold 400k while her “Something Bad” with Carrie Underwood will likely debut at #1 next week.
Notable Tracks include Chris Young’s “Who I Am With You,” Joe Nichols “Yeah,” Tyler Farr “Whiskey In My Water” and Chase Rice’s “Ready Set Roll.”
Rascal Flatts “Rewind” single is up to 532k scanned in 18 weeks on the charts (Their album debuted at #1). Thomas Rhett is at #13 with his latest hit while Chris Young’s “Who I Am With You” and Joe Nichols’ “Yeah” continue to sell well. Meanwhile, Jake Worthington’s take on Waylon’s “Good Ol’ Boys” hits #18. Tyler Farr stays at #19 again this week with “Whiskey In My Water” while Brad Paisley is at #21 with “River Bank.” Brett Eldredge’s “Beat Of The Music” hit the 400k singles sold mark while George Strait is up to #26 with “I Got A Car.” Finally. Chase Rice’s “Reay Set Roll” sits at #29 with sales now at 365k to date.
