Mmm, 2x platinum doesn't seem like a huge exception for a single.

If you wanna go really almost-nothing airplay, Taylor's Forever and Always went platinum without ever being a single. Now that's impressive.

well, Taylor is taylor, she will always be a bestseller.

whats also impressive is the fact that Coldplay has been in the business for 15 years and can still be bestsellers (in the singles department)

Taylor sales have always been impressive. There is no denying that.

Well I don't think 2 million downloads is so impressive that radio robbed it or anything. That's not really an excuse.

Awolnation's Sail got either 4 or 5 million downloads and couldn't crack the pop T15.

Honestly I'm generally neutral on Coldplay but this aggressive attack-stanning is making me sour on them for the time being.
