I used to be a supporter of ACT II, but I reckon at this point she should just cut her losses and move on. The tour doesn't appear to be continuing into 2015, it'll likely be at least a year since ARTPOP kicked off and I don't feel people will give ACT II a chance.
Ultimately I trust that the album (whatever it's called and however it's released) will be good. ARTPOP was good, but she was complacent and I don't think that'll be an issue now. She just needs to make sure she has 4 potential smash singles at the ready to sell it and win people over. Work with whoever to make it happen and get them researched to ensure they're on the right track. Time to play the game.
She should just release ACT II but not call it that, just name it after her favourite song on the album, nobody will be any the wiser
