Her next album should surprise release with the tour buy a ticket get the album pre ordered with the ticket that you brought then physical and digtal release a week before the 1st show or week of with a single release
A Thanksgiving or Christmas Special (heck some sort of free televised concert to the masses) filled with performances of new songs then the album available on iTunes right when it's televised/performed. A free digital copy of her album with a tour ticket would also slay a la MDNA.
She should debut the new album with a live concert on vevo and mtv.
With the anouncement of the concert a day before. And when the concert ends the album goes up on itunes
And I seriously almost cried. This is magical. Her vocals and harmonies are out of this world

She doesn't have to take a long break after the tour. She's been going on short breaks/vacations for over a year. But if you love your job, you wouldn't want to go on a long break.
