I've seen people saying the song is going to be on Ariana's album, but as far as I've seen, all Ariana's said is that she's worked with him on a song, not specifically for her album. It probably is for her own record, unless Zedd also has an album coming out soon.


I don't really listen to EDM and I don't know much about that subculture, but I don't really understand why producers of songs like Zedd and David Guetta put their names first and credit the singers as featured artists.

This really confused me with Clarity because I knew Zedd was a guy, yet there was no male singing on the record. I went online and looked it up and he's just a producer. Same thing with David Guetta and the song Without You where it's David Guetta ft. Usher, yet Usher sings the whole thing.

Like I said, I don't know if I'm missing something here but it just seems dumb to me. Otherwise why isn't Problem credited as Max Martin ft. Ariana Grande and Iggy Azalea?

It annoys me because I really want Ariana to have a single by herself, so if this Zedd song is just her singing and his music in the background, I'm going to really pissed if it ends up being Zedd ft. Ariana Grande.

Zedd is an artist on his own, Max is just a producer for other artists. Whether it's Zedd feat. or not depends on the song. And if it was his and he invited Ariana on it, or if Ariana invited him to produce. Knowing Ariana, it probably was Zedd approaching her so it will definitely be a "featuring"

Of course people try to discredit Yours Truly's debut numbers by saying the album was discounted, she released the 2nd single before the album, etc. They forget that it was her debut, so it's only logical to discount it. The fact is this girl sold 138k off of one hit single, no where near established, and she could of easily done more if Baby I did more. Ariana Grande is here to stay, whether you like it or not. She's only gonna get bigger and bigger, surpassing people a step at a time.

The more people try to discredit her, the funnier it's going to be when she slays.

Problem is going to be perched at the top of the Hot 100 all summer and if Chris gets out of jail in June like he's supposed to, she'll have another hit on the charts.

This is her breakout year and they're just going to have to deal.

Edit: They were actually talking about this topic today on Billboard's podcast. Jason Lipschutz gave a whole speech about how people still don't seem to realize what a powerful and big star Ariana really is. He went on about how she was able to have a top ten hit when no one knew her and how now she's setting records with the likes of Taylor Swift and Katy Perry.
