That tour had different accessories and extras in nearly every song, yet she managed to stay in the spotlight. She has that charisma. I just want a more clever tour, not just "let's put some lamps on the stairs, a lift here and there and ummm a penis catwalk". "Let's just use the same sofa from last tour" or "Do we still have the So What wires? Great, less work for us, producers!" She and her team needs to think about more ideas.

i think one of the things that didn't fit at all IMO was sober :/ it just felt extremely out of place. maybe because it is yet another acrobatic installment for sober instead of giving that privilege to another song. idk. i'm just baffled that people always say trouble didn't fit. i completely disagree on that. that part of the tour was a bit "rockier" and trouble served as a good introduction.
with sober, it was just
there and just didn't fit in my eyes. everytime i watch the DVD (which is admittedly not often) i always go like: "oh yeah right! she did sober :/"
and i get that they wanted to make it more like a greatest hits tour instead of a real one and rehashed a lot of stuff we've already seen. but she just reintroduced herself to the US successfully, so i'm guessing she sort of had to show what they were missing out on. it unfortunately was a step back from the FH and carnival summer tour (which were just much more fun visually and musically), but i get where her team and the label were coming from.
what bugs me is that it seemed like they tried to have a street alley/city setting with the stage, but totally half-assed it! i would've LOVED a street setting, it would've been amazing! but it seemed like they couldn't commit or flesh-out their ideas further. very sad. could've made for a great show.
