At this point, I'm thinking Bey should perform just this at Billboard and make PH an international single. PH can then be a US single in the later summer.
It makes me sad that this didn't do better. One of her best vocal perfs. So dramatic and so many little details especially in that second verse lawd. No one else could pull it off–quintessential Yoncé
