There's too many jury sink songs here for MNT to stand out (since I think Netherlands will win the jury and Sweden and Armenia and Azerbaijan and even useless Russia and Belgium are here) and there's only Albania and San Marino to throw them votes (none of the three will probably make televote threshold and everyone's noticed they like to swap 12 with each other) so I can't see who else is voting them in. If they couldn't do it with Slovenia, Serbia and Croatia last year like hell will they this year.
