The fact that everybody was praising that girl for hitting her in the head with a shovel

. I have a concealed carry permit, so I am trained on how the laws go as far as weapons and domestic violence are concerned. Even if the girl told her to get off her property, it doesn't matter. She's already hit the other girl, with inviting her on to her property, so that rules out the whole "get off my property" law that us southerners like to use so much. She participated in the assault, so that law automatically rules itself out here in the southern states. The law is, if one is showing force on another you have the right to EQUALLY show force on them. For example, If one pulls out a knife, then you have every right to pull out a gun, as a knife is a deadly weapon, so is a gun. If they had called the cops on that girl who hit her with a shovel, no matter if it was her property or not, the other girl did not show deadly force, therefore the girl who pulled out the shovel would be arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. I am sorry for writing an essay, I am just very passionate with this kind of stuff
