Avril's bodyguard told them not to touch her but that doesn't mean you have to take a picture from far apart
Someone at the M&G said they didn't know English so Avril just stood there and didn't even engaged with the fans due to cultural differences.
It's sad but it's the fans problem for not getting in closer.
