Instead employ talented producers/songwriters that are capable equally of making incredible music but aren't currently overused, so they'll give her their best

Guys...come on.
Firstly, working with hitmakers doesn't just mean taking their demos and prepackaged hits. Gaga would write WITH them in collaboration if it ever happened, so the quality wouldn't be an issue. In fact, it would probably improve because she's a hitmaker herself.
Secondly, Gaga would be a huge coup for a hitmaker - even more so if they could claim to have helped her turn things around.
