RIOT! has less standout tracks to me. Maybe two are a biT forgettable and skip-able while listening (though I don't hate any of them,) while the only one on Brand New Eyes is Misguided Ghosts (you have to be in the right mood for that one.)
All of them are ridiculously close in ratings for me, tho... I think I rated RIOT! a 9.3, BNE a 9.5 and Paramore a 9.5.
