Artists often add lyrics and vocal arrangements to songs once they record them. For example, Mariah changed the verses to H.A.T.E.U before The Dream gave it to her and thus she is listed as the co-writer. I'm sure Beyonce did the same.

But Bey obviously changed some things because Sia refers to it as "Beyoncé's version" compared to Diamonds where she says it was exactly the same.
