the way Dany's plot is going her plot will comfortably end right in line with her plot end in ASOS! and we were all worrying that her plot will be the first to reach its end!
Dany's plot is very easy to make really really iconic. they wouldnt need to rush it!
Is anyone else a bit disappointed with the season as a whole so far
Before it started the creators were bigging it up saying that it had the "episode 9" feeling every episode, but so far each episode has been like 60% filler 40 action
I'm glad they started with Sansa and right after the wedding. A bit rushed but I understand why.
Olenna is amazing and I'm glad they are giving her more lines and screen time, she's so delicious.
Tywin was amazing in that scene, the proper King of Westeros. He seems to really like his other grandson, Tommen, specially after they showed him covering Tommen's eyes while Joffrey died. Now that Tyrion and Jamie didn't turn out like he wanted maybe Tommen will be easier to manipulate but Tywin will still teach him how to be a proper king.
It's kind of sweet seeing Jamie, Tommen and Tywin together.
I was hopping the Jamie/Cersei scene would happen, it has too much shock value . In the books this is when Jamie is barely arriving in the capital and he meets for the first time since being kidnapped. They do it at the heat of the moment. Now here they add in something even more shocking and made it look like a rape but one doesn't really feel sorry for Cersei and we see another side of Jamie.
The Arya and Hound scene was meh, it was funny but felt like fluff.
The Sam and Gilly scene was sweet, they're adorable together. Gilly's actress nails her role.
I'm so happy they gave us the Oberyn and Olyvar gay scene, Pedro Pascal is totally getting the Best Guest Actor nomination. Him and Tywin are great together, Tywin better get nominated as well.
Podrick is growing up to be quite handsome. He's taller and he's lost some baby fat. He's so honorable and likable, I can't wait to see more scenes with him.
I think right now they are hyping up the Battle at Castle black, they said it would be towards the end of the season and huge like the Blackwater episode.
The new Dario is so much better than the other one. Of course they had to give Danny another huge scene but it was well done, I want to see more of the city of Mareen and how the bring it to life like they did Qarth.
