She can't manage to do a surprise release. Imagine if she does. She uploads the album without announcing a single, but she already has a single planned. One album track starts charting very high but Gaga still wants the single she planned (and it is the less liked track from the album). DWUW mess x2.
She will probably release Act 2 the same day as Rihanna releases her next album and C2C the same day that Rihanna releases her OST album. Pop emergency teas.
Now seriously, I think she's going to drop it while she's touring. If she waits until the tour is finished to release it in late 2015 she better start looking for Emma the wheelchair again. She will probably release it when the Europe leg begins and then tour again US.
Maybe she's dropping it tomorrow
