The first guy isn't bad, he's just texting me and FB messaging me asking if I've given it more thought yet even though I always tell him I don't want to date him at all.

The second guy is spam texting my phone, calling it, showing up wherever I'm out with friends to try to talk to me, keep sending me requests and messages on FB. The first time he called me I answered and he was like "Hello beautiful" I cringed and freaked out. I never felt more disgusted.

You should just, if you have a good guy friend, get him to tell them to back off or something. Or even just threaten to go to the cops if the one super creep doesn't leave you alone and if he continues after the threat then do it.
