The official chart was only about the physical sales.
The DL chart was the "secondary" chart when the sales were actually bigger than the physical ones, if you never released a physical copy of your single but you still had the biggest sales of the week due to DL, you did not chart.
That's why IKAG is still a real #1 in France even tho it did not get the #1 on the official chart but on the DL one.
