Wasn't it at 3,3M according to Mediatraffic back then?
400k US
200k UK
+ let's say 100k WW (It got the 3x Gold certification in Germany)
We can bet on 4M.

No one really knows what those 11m are about Probably Track Equivalent Albums + TD sales but TD era sold far more than that. Something like 12.5m I'd say.
Sales are around:
One Of The Boys: 3.7m
Teenage Dream: 6.5m
PRISM: 2.8m
13m albums in total. And around 100m singles.

Dead at people saying PRISM does not sell well when it is almost at 3M after only 3 singles.
They really don't know what longevity means.

And I don't mean I just whipped up these estimations or pulled them out of my ass; it takes a long time for me to do global estimates like these.
Basically I used models of Roar, IKAG, and Cali Gurls' sales in the us and applied the approximate growth rates to their IFPI sales to derive a global total, and from there used a model to estimate global sales of each other track by summing all the known, verified sales of every track and deriving with that a multiplier from the aforementioned three IFPI entrants' statistics.

Wait at you attempting to clock me in saying firework was Katy's biggest song worldwide to your reply that's its actually Roar. LOL

That's incredible. Most albums don't carry that kind of catalog sales, esp when it's not the artist's signature work.

Are you taking into consideration that not all her hits are as global as Firework/Roar etc

50 dates in the US during June-October will boost the sales of TD and make it triple platinum maybe even before X-mas!

Roar is her biggest WW hit.
Fw has sold just a little more than Roar. But that's including 3 years of catalog sales, Roar will probably end up with +2m sales over Fw in a few year.
Not to mention that sales are actually decreasing, and Streaming is taking the lead (Roar already passed Fw on Youtube/Spotify).
Both are classics though

Yes! OOTB pulling a mini-19
TD will have huge catalog sales: the movie + Fw + all her upcoming tours + the rest of PRISM will keep on selling it.

I hope PRISM can have Teenage Dream's kind of longevity.
I think it could if everything goes right.
