This question has probably been discussed to death here, but since I'm new... do you guys think ACT II is happening? If so when?

I personally think that she won't release an album but put out the songs for free on the app. If she is putting out Act II then I think she's going to have a lot of new material in it cause it's been rumored she has been recording.
