^They haven't done that badly. I mean "Damaged" has had longetivity on the Billboard Hot 100 and they've already passed 500,000 copies sold and they are just on their first single. As long as "Bad Girl" goes Top 20, they definately still have a chance to go platinum with a third single.
Anyways, Jordin Sparks needs that third single in "One Step At A Time" to catapult her to 1,000,000 copies sold, since she is stalling at around 815,000 copies right now. Mariah Carey surpassing 1,000,000 copies though.
Although I just told you why they were hits, you're ruining the point.
