I'm sure she has but he's always gotten a cut of that check by her releasing through KonLive. I'm sure that his recent responses have something to do with him and vincent/Tamar Braxton not getting along or something. But I know Gaga probably felt something behind it too. It seems people do only want to ride her coattails when she's hot and on the trendy side. Glad the video in a subtle way exposes her feelings on that.
