Thank you! I'm the editor of my school's newspaper, I'm in an Honors Lit / Comp class, and I also write songs, so you could say I've had a lot of experience with a lot of different types of writing.  I figured this would be easy for me so I wanted to try it, and when people that I don't even know post and tell me they love my writing, that means so much to me, so thank you so much!

Your love letter came out as cheesy and very forced. I think you can agree with me on that, if I'm not mistaken you even said it was really cheesy. Holy Sh*t! A poem? Gatsby you took this to another level. My only problem is the song quotes that were not a lot but the text isn't that large either. Great!

I didn't love it. I feel like you mixed things up because first you were mad at her and then you just said could I go back to you? I got confused and I felt like it wasn't that coherent. As for the song, well... It is not that love-forward.

Chill, I love the way you write but I felt a little 'distance' from you and your 'loved one' because of the way you wrote it, I thought you mixed seriousness with cheesy stuff but overall you did good. As for the song, I love its happiness and I love how you quoted it.

Well, I wasn't blown away because I found a little cheesy but I understand why you had to write that, the song is not exactly straight to the point, you have to think a little. The song is great, I loved it! It is a bit too sexy and dark but you chose the good quotes and it made sense.

Such a cute letter! I really enjoyed it... It was cute and it seemed real due to the Jamaica and Paris details. I liked how you remained faithful to the song you chose and how you were original to write a 'sorry love letter'. The song is really good and you can feel pain in it!

I would have liked to see your lyrics fit into the letter a little more seamlessly rather than "here are the lyrics that remind me of you".  I know you misunderstood the instructions, but it ended up being kind of funny regardless. Aside some of the stronger written entires, your note seems a bit more basic and silly. Not my favourite of the week, but at least kudos for doing something different? And oh yeah, the song is nothing special.

3. Gatsby - Ashlee Simpson - Autobiography: Pieces Of Me
What kind of all over the place rhyming strucutre? Some line rhyme, some don't, and it seems like the lyrics were just copied and pasted and random into your already finished letter. Also, I've always hated this song.

4. collin - Madonna - American Life: Nothing Fails
This just might be my favourite track of all from American Life, and the way you structured and worded your letter only made it stronger. Great work, I feel like you nailed this challenge 100%.

5. igor - Britney Spears - Britney Jean: Brightest Morning Star
Wait....I must have something in my eye or something. Pass the Kleenex. I found your letter so cute. I loved how you invented a whole story - it really brought it to life and made me feel like I was peeking at something private and real. Totally beautiful. The song actually had me for a bit too until that pre-chorus driving beat came in. That bugged me and I thought the production distracted from the fact that the lyrics are actually really nice. While I don't hate this song as much as some other BJ tracks, I do think it was done in by production. I think a stripped down acoustic sounding version would be stunning.

6. SIMon1120 - Justin Timberlake - FutureSex/LoveSound: What Goes Around... Comes Around
Well, you took a risk here. Personally, I don't think it paid off. Again, I had to re-read a few times to even process what was being said. Unclear, and a bit off from what could have been.

7. Chill Bill - Gotye - Making Mirrors: In Your Light
Gorgeous. Beautiful. Touching. I read the letter before hearing the song (and I've never heard it before ever) so when I did listen I have to say that it wasn't what I expected. From the letter, I was expecting a slow emotional ballad. I thought the instrumental in the track was really interesting and unexpected, and the lyrics really shone. Loved both the song and your letter.

Didn't love it. Like I said to some others, I felt the inclusion of the lyrics was done in a choppy way rather than seamlessly. I would have maybe thought a little harder about how to incorporate them. I didn't find the song anything exceptional, and can't say honestly that anything from this album has really had an impact on me as a listener.

9. Penk - Janelle Monáe - The Electric Lady: Can't Live Without Your Love
Ugh. Just UGH. And I mean that in the possible way. This song is so beautiful it HURTS. You know what I mean? I loved your letter too, the lyrics were incorporated in such a way that even I (who knows this song very well) had to look closely to see where Janelle's words ended and yours began. I feel like you brought the exact same vibe of the song into your letter. Very very very successful here.

10. Jake. - Gwen Stefani - The Sweet Escape: The Sweet Escape
Not ACTING STANK in the first line of a love letter. That's always been a standout part of this song for me, but I never imagined it in love prose. I'm not 100% sure why you chose this song. It's actually my favourite track from the entire album, so I just wish you saved it for a round where it really fit. This seemed like a bit of a stretch to fit into a love letter, and I feel like you kinda know that. Regardless, I adore the song, so you'll get some points for that.

Other than that, I don't think that this is the most beautiful love letter, considering also that you are using a 1D album. It's frankly not that romantic, and I think it's definitely not really serious. I just feel like reading this after reading some of the other entries, it's just definitely one of the weaker ones.

3. Gatsby - Ashlee Simpson - Autobiography: Pieces Of Me
GATSBY!! I definitely think that with your choice, you did something different. You definitely took another route, and to be very honest, it was a brave choice. However, I feel that this letter is really over-thought. It's a poem and I expect it to be though but I feel that it's not spontaneous. It's really overly thought up till a point where it's more or less like a literature class. It's generally a beautiful poem, but a weak love letter.

Hmm, WOW, well, that was deep! Ya, I think that was definitely something. Reading it, there is definitely a lot of praise, and over-expression of emotions which is very, idk, too much? The poem is soo thought out and it's just like I told Gatsby, it's more of a literature class than an actual love letter. i think this poem is sooo much that it's almost exaggerated. it's not spontaneous. However, it is a beautiful poem.

5. igor - Britney Spears - Britney Jean: Brightest Morning Star
Beautiful igor, this is definitely a beautiful one. This is really spontaneous, I love it. The authenticity, the reality of it, it is a really beautiful letter. It's just simply amazing. You did a terrific job!

6. SIMon1120 - Justin Timberlake - FutureSex/LoveSound: What Goes Around... Comes Around
Oookkkkaaaaayyyyyyyy, this is definitely a different route to take! Overall, I like your angle to the task but then the execution was really confusing. It starts out like you're angry and are happy with the karma that caught up with your partner. Then it's like you want this person back, it was definitely quite confusing for me. Kudos, however for taking a different route.

7. Chill Bill - Gotye - Making Mirrors: In Your Light
This is a nice letter. I think the feelings in this letter are really strong although at some points they sound overly exaggerated. However, the letter is beautiful and I like how it is written. Good Job.

Penk!!!! That was so beautiful. I think this is one of the best I read. It's really sympathetic, really genuine, and just really really sweet. It's an amazing letter. You did a wonderful job.

This is a really nice letter but definitely not one of your best. I don't know, maybe, it's bcuz I really expect a lot from your entries but I just think that this did not do it at all. It's not a bad letter but the way is written is so funny. It's like it's just ripped out parts of the song placed at random places. It's just not as good as it should be.

LADIES & GENTLEMAN... CHOOSE THE ALBUM, THEN A SONG IS BACK!
Welcome to the last part of the results show.
As you know, we're about to know the contestants that are leaving us but first, let me clarify you about how we came to these results.
The public vote counts 50% and the judges votes other 50%. They are mixed in points and then added, pretty simple! When, counting the public vote, if there's a tie, the way I have to untie it is by the 'save votes', whoever got more save votes, gets ahead; in case it's impossible to untie, I'll just go by the person that got the FIRST save.
As for the judges votes, whenever there's a tie, the method is to go back to the public votes and see who did better. If there's a tie in the FINAL results, then, whoever did better within the judges gets ahead. Here's the NEW points distribution:

This round had a very expected results, so no one would worry about being eliminated actually 
Thanks all the judges for the constructive criticisms I understand that it was a big mistake to send in What Goes Around, and my writing didn't help much since it was a very risky entry to write a love letter out of it. I'm glad you guys gave my some points though even they are the lowest 
Thanks Mr.Link though for quitting so I could make it to the top 10

My biggest 2 flop rounds in this game were when I sent in My Love (for the positive vibe round) & What Goes Around (for this love letter round)  i wished that I could have switched them around then

I feel like you will be one of my BIGGEST obstacles staying in this game, cuz you havent really liked ANY of my songs  Porcelain Heart is one of my FAVS too...Havent used My other 2 favs yet, but still
