All of the MVs for Love & Peace era kinda sucked. (Love & Girls, My Oh My, Galaxy Supernova).
They should tone down the vibrant colors a bit and go a bit more edgier visual with their new LP (if they're working on it.)
I totally agree with (most of) this. Though Fantastic Baby is one of their more structured songs, performance-wise, they do a great job with it.
When I said "running and screaming" in reference to GD and Taeyang I really only meant it in reference to them, not the whole group. And they don't even do it in every performance, just...more than they should, imo. It's a matter of personal opinion - I like watching performances to see a display of skill and to be moved somehow, either by reverence or emotion, and Big Bang don't really do that. So I like SHINee more. I don't think Big Bang are bad performers. They're great, but their lack of technical ability is really highlighted when compared to even the most basic of structured performances from other random groups, be it SHINee or nugus or whatever.
It's part of YG's whole Westernization schtick, since choreography isn't big in the Western scene for pop performers. I'm not faulting BB for it; just making observations. Like you said, different styles. It doesn't mean you can't or shouldn't compare them, though.
Shinee are without a doubt technically superior, I won't even argue that. My point is that neither of them are even trying to do the same thing, and I can appreciate and enjoy both. I wouldn't WANT Big Bang to do a SHINee-type performance even if they could, it doesn't suit their persona or their music.
I think as Belle said, SHINee has a performance style that comes across well on TV, it's sharp and impressive, whereas Big Bang would be the ones I'd want to see live in person. Big Bang are selling personality, Shinee song and dance, it's really only a matter of which schtick you buy into more.
I just listened to Swing and it literally sounds like the producers got 2/3 of the way through the song and got bored, stuck in a random dubstep bit that they copied and pasted from somewhere else, and called it a day. It doesn't even end, it just kind of stops. So weird. I wish the song had been finished, like, legitimately because the base part (everything before the "drop") is really good.

I got you, and I think you're right. I meant to express my preference in the first place but I think it came across a bit more antagonistic than I intended.
That last statement is a little bit questionable, though.
basically a LM.com equivalent for Kpop stars.
Some of them are actually ran by their own labels (and sometimes the idols leave a post) and some of them are unofficial.
Ooh, I see. I guess it's kinda cool they sometimes leave posts and such.

Genie, Mr Taxi, Paparazzi, Flower Power >>>>
LOVE&PEACE was trash, especially when it comes to visual. Gossip Girls, Galaxy Supernova, Lips and Karma Butterfly are the only songs I use, which is only 1/3 of the album.
I really hope they'll drop this whole trying to go japanese-cute concept 'cause it's putting Shoujo Jidai in the same dark path as So Nyeo Shi Dae.
