Gaga would really suit an outdoor travelling festival kinda thing. Like a regular tour, just the dates are outdoors in fields/parks or w/e rather than inside arenas.
You don't have to pay the arena's fees and it being outside there's a much larger capacity so cheaper tickets but massive capacity. Just depends on weather and security etc I suppose.
