Bey is definitely becoming more and more "local", BUT she's still able to successfully tour the places that she doesn't even sell that well in. Her reputation as a performer and the fact that she's a big celebrity worldwide is good enough.

Like the album is a total flop in Germany, but she's able to sell out all her shows in arenas. Same goes for most Euro countries (aside from the UK/Ireland, where she is genuinely huge).

I doubt even urban would play Blow like that let alone international markets. I love Jealous but that would flop too. Mine would be a Drunk in Love sized hit at best.

and it's not even a flop in Germany compared to the sales in Italia, Spain, Japan and Latin America (exc. Brazil)
