I loved FF X and X-2. The story was so beautiful. I actually completed FF X 5 times trying to get everything. Eventually got every aeon + ultimate weapon (except for the one that required you to dodge the lightening hundreds of times) but didn't activate them all except Yuna's I think.

You will be waiting a long time then. Since it's PS1 era they would have to make that version from scratch.
They did have HQ renders of the backgrounds but some of them were lost.
