Telephone was filmed the end of January and wasn't ready until the second week of March. Though I think this should drop next week or at the latest the week after. Having no MV until April is a bit though that seems to be what ARTPOP is about!
I'm starting to get worried that the G.U.Y video will be a tacky mess. That new thread with the pictures of the dancers is throwing me off hardcore right now... It looks like there's WAY too much going on. Sad to say it, but I feel a mess coming our way.

Start funding school projects/groups that promote bravery/equality/anti-bullying
Fund art departments in struggling district
Give out scholarships for the bullied/freaks
all of this would be more helpful than just having a site with links to help centers and having a bus as another showpiece for her tour
