I was always told that Asians used Mariah because she looked and acted as a surpressed sex kitten and once she actually started to sex up, they kinda stopped.

Mariah's 90's material is up to par with some of Madonna's best albums, but Madonna has been much more consistent throughout her career.

Daydream and Butterfly are incredible though.
