Kesha Rose is cute for twitter name and definitely a nice change but does anyone actually think Kesha Rose as a stage name is any good? It never even works, look at Lily Rose Cooper. Rose her curse.
But still, Ke$ha to Kesha is fine since it's still the same name when you say it out loud and stuff. Just messes with last.fm but last.fm probably will just autocorrect it back to Ke$ha.
