Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson WROTE hard-rock songs and sang them convincingly. But also operatic-pop, Gospel, Industrial, classical, Funk and Soul and Dance/Disco. They also had different vocal styles to blend into these songs. I guess Madonna did the same as them to a lessor extent. That's diversity.

But her discography does offer a variety of sounds and fusion-genres.

Rated R didn't win Grammy's, but it is got great reviews and you can't deny that album didn't dabble in many different genres and was completely different than Loud (and that album also garnered her a nomination for Album of the Year).

Several people answered the question with facts and the OP did not respond with facts.
