Oops, sorry, I forgot the source! It's from the ARTPOP thread in the Chart Analysis section on UKmix.
Unfortunately there's no full list, a member posted only these ones.

ARTPOP got to #9 yesterday on AUS iTunes with the tour announcement
I think that G.U.Y + Promo + Tour can save this album, she's like 334K away from Platinum in the US  |

Bring on G.U.Y.    |

But I thought BTW has sold 6M copies, not 7M .
Even Gaga's website says it :
"The Born This Way Ball is Lady Gaga’s first tour since the release of her album Born This Way (Streamline/Konlive/Interscope), which has sold nearly 6 million copies worldwide since its release in May 2011."
http://www.ladygaga.com/news?page=6 ("LADY GAGA ANNOUNCES THE NORTH AMERICAN LEG OF THE BORN THIS WAY BALL!")
And Mediatraffic said last year that BTW has sold 6.1M copies worldwide. I'm confused...
And other ARTPOP sales :
Canada - 80.206
France - 60.400
Italy - 26.549
Japan : 186.971
South Korea : 3.852 (1st week)
United States : 667.087  |

Realistically, though, no - they haven't updated that claim in a very long time.  |
