Satan is really....ugh. The whole "fallen" angel bio isn't even in the Bible. It's taken from Paradise Lost...an admittedly fictional epic poem. This is also one of my points of contention w/ religion, when actual theology starts to mix with fiction.
Like they legit used to teach Lucifer was a fallen angel in my church... like...
Foreknowledge suggests that it would be fate not free will.
In theory, an omniscient God would exist outside of time, which is a construct of the physical universe by which he wouldn't be bound. It's hard to even conceive of such a thing, but I don't think that necessarily indicates a fatalistic existence.

and how the **** could they with the amount of mess surrounding the bible and it's so-called teachings that are not even present in the book
