How are Miley's tickets 2 times more expensive than Katy's ones? I got both my tickets for around 140$ and both aren't that good of seats and almost on the same section.
I just compared two dates and Miley's cheapest is $27.50 and Katy's cheapest is $40.30. Miley's dearest is $106 and Katy's $140.

We can't really compare Beyoncé songs with Rihanna because until few years ago, digital songs weren't a big thing. And with Rihanna having released 10 times more singles and 2 more albums, her receipts should've been more impressive.
