But sub is definitely better than default....i cant watch dub anime, it feels so cheap and they cant compete with the hard work and emotion that the seiyu put into their work....also when i watch sub i prefer ones that keep some japanese words, like the san, chan and the nakama....

claymore (the last 2 episodes are crap though because they are filler)
berserk (i have to warn u its very gore)
code geass -solid watch
full metal alchemist- solid watch
D gray man- it has an interesting plot, good supernatural show, not among the best but definitely better than the most
Alternatives
stay/zero - a good watch although the sequel zero/night is horrible
sailormoon- it has some very good episodes, nice characters and story but the monster of the day plot can make some episodes a chore to watch
spice and wolf- very cute, its a romance story (although platonic) that has some supernatural elements
peach girl - its like a teen soap in anime. i ahvent seen much of these genre cause most are horrible but peach girl is actually very decent
Rosario + Vampire - i am very sad about this one cause if the author wanted it he could create a very good work but he didnt... its about a normal boy that attends a supernatural school. watch it only for the lols, the side characters are very interesting and what make it watchable.aside of that ist justa silly show... funny sometimes but not something to take it seriously, ist full of fanservice too
Fairy tail (it might feel as entertaining watch some times, but in terms of quality its bad, full of cliche and its like a collage of other anime) u can watch it for the lols though and the fanservice, if u are bored it can entertain u
Naruto (it starts good but eventually it falls off, u can watch it but better wait for it to end and then pick it up )
