1. BEYONCE (the magnum opus, 10/10)
2. 4 (The masterpiece somewhere between Pop and R&B... but can't be put in a box, 10/10)
3. DANGEROUSLY IN LOVE (R&B Classic, lack a bit maturity but still absolutely cohesive album, 9/10)
4. B'DAY (the fan favorite, signature album, but just not a classic musically, 8/10)
5. I AM SASHA FIERCE (a pop classic by the force of sales but her less focused album, still enjoyable, 7/10)

Great ranking, although I slightly disagree with 3 & 4, your descriptions are spot-on
Hot 97 did noT just call Mary J, Blidge the queen of R&B
One of the Mamas did so. I don't get it anymore. she's crown as the Queen of Hip Hop Soul but still claiming other thrones... us humans are never happy. Anyway nevermind, Beyoncé is the Queen of Contemporary R&B

I think Beyonce fits more into Hip-Hop and R&B, especially with her latest album.
I've been side-eyeing the Mamas every since I saw that interview, it blows my mind how they can barely keep up with Beyonce at her concerts and then go ahead and call Mary the queen.

I agree. I was shocked too. But if she said that that's maybe because they already got a title for Queen Bey. Let's wait and see. Alicia Keys, Beyoncé, Shakira, Britney (who all started early 2000's) haven't got official titles yet. it's coming with their next eras. Mary J Blige began call herself the Queen of R&B on her 2007 album (The Breakthrough) but was already deemed as Queen of HHSOUL in the 90's.

I understand the Queen of Hip-Hop & Soul title, but her impact on R&B wasn't nearly as big.
Bey is just the Pop God.
The others can fight over King or Queen, prince or princess, male version of this or female version of that.
The Pop God sits unbothered
