they shuld remove airplays as well labels pay radio. streaming is the new rule. they could count downloads if they manage to count illegal downloads as well.
OK so piracy is huge there, but that doesn't mean they should totally stop calculating digital sales, it should be the opposite actually. When people download almost everything illegally there, but decide to buy a certian artist's music, that means that he's more popular than artists whose music is only obtained illegally.
