Gaga: her downfall will continue
Katy: another handful of hits from PRISM. Next era she'll need to take more risky decisions tho before people get bored of the same safe songs.
Beyonce: her next album could be hit or miss. It'll be hard following up BEYONCE and tbh I doubt she will do it successfully. She needs to make some radio hits as well.
Rihanna - will continue regularly releasing albums and get a bit riskier / testier to compete with Beyonce.
Beyonce - will struggle to see the same success again, obviously, but will reinvent herself like Sasha Fierce for album 6
Ke$ha - will have an extensive road to recovery, fight with label, and will put out new Luke-less music later this year or 2015
Katy Perry - will keep doing whatever sells
Lady Gaga - will keep doing whatever she thinks will sell
Katy - a couple other pop eras, then she'll move to more acoustic music.
Miley - will struggle to keep her relevance after the Bangerz era
Nicki - she'll stop releasing albums, but she'll still do a lot of features
Rih: Not as successful this era
Gaga: Will stay relevant but has peaked
Ke$ha; Will make a big comeback
Katy: Will continue to slay the charts
Miley: Once people are over her antics she will be over
Kesha: Will be doing rock music
Miley: People will get tired of her controversy and she'll struggle to get album sales.
Rihanna: Will be taking a long break
1. Britney will retire after her Vegas residency has finished.
2. Katy will get one more era, then get pregnant, and never be able to make a proper comeback.
3. Beyonce will not get a lot of hits, but will stay popular because of her brand, touring, and albums.
4. Lady Gaga will get one smash hit during her next era, the monsters will think she's back, but she'll fail to keep up the success.
5. Christina Aguilera will have her biggest era since Stripped in the next few years.
