If you listen to the lyrics, they reveal a lot about her personal life. "I'm a freak and I don't really give a damn." - A reference to how she didn't care how the public perceived her. "Cameras are flashing while we're dirty dancing." - Paparazzi reference. She really let loose during Blackout. She never would have sang some of the stuff on Blackout on her previous albums.

Not to mention she executive produced it.

It's a full song. It's 3:30 minutes long and it gets to the bridge and what I presume is the last chorus. The cutting off might seem like it's not full, but I think it's the full thing.
