It depends on the strong, powerful woman. Some strong, powerful women like to make a point of being strong and powerful by belittling men, in any way possible (who knows why -- Psych 101 would imply that these women felt powerless at one point, and vowed to never feel that way again, thus currently manifesting in a constant need to criticize men). No one likes to be belittled, man or woman. That's why it was hard for many men to get into TLC or Destiny's Child for a time, because they had "man-hating" lyrics a lot of the time, just like it's hard for many women to get into Eminem, because he has "woman-hating" lyrics a lot of the time, and, again, Psych 101 can give us another insight as to why. It is what it is. And that's why men haven't really received "Lookin Ass N*****" from Nicki Minaj well (just check hip hop forums). You can be a strong and powerful woman
and be a normal human being, like Beyoncé; she's not "threatening" or "off-putting" to men, as a woman.
