What's got me bothered though is if this is Spencer's dream, then why the hell are Emily and Paige are having sex in it?

wow, i was impressed. gotta admit, that's partially because i was expecting something much worse, i'm usually not here for dream-like sequences or anything like that. this was just amazing.

the episode was stunning, the outfits and the hairstyles were ON point, it was VERY MUCH PLL while still being a bit film noir (there are some similarities between the two anyway) and the acting was decent to very good (ian harding!)

plot wise, so much happened as well and we saw all the important characters actually do something for a change (we got to see ali interact with all the liars, there was mona "working" with ezra, toby was back as one of the main characters etc.) but arguably none of it was real, even though some things that happened in spencer's "dream" turned out to be true - the book! pages! aria/ezra -so the episode WAS important to the main plot line.

next week's preview looks intense!

This episode was actually better then I thought it was, really enjoyed it probably one of my favs.

Finally Spencer figured it out in the end about the diary.

I feel bad for saying this but Lucy made me cringe during the preview for next week. Can no one cry on this show without making me laugh besides Troian and Sasha?



Okay so the black and white episode is inspired by the film “Laura,” where a detective is investigating the disappearance of a girl in a painting (like the painting of Allison in the living room) and everyone says she’s dead but he suspects foul play. He ends up falling in love with her as he learns about her through his investigations but it turns out the woman in the painting actually went into hiding because someone wanted her dead.
