I'd say
Speak Now. Its my personal favourite plus its very much a representation of Taylor as an artist (she wrote all the songs by herself, co-produced many).
Next do
Fearless, then
Red and lastly
Taylor Swift. All are great but the debut might be a bit hard for you to get into (it was for me at first).
Red is good and obviously the most 'current' but it has some of her worst songs in her career so...yeah.
Fearless is great though but in the shadow of the superior
Speak Now.
