Depends on how you work on it. Bey did basically a lot of thinsg with her own tour crew. With soem additional actors being hired and other people from the business (cameo's). Gaga and mst artist do it differently, she is already in the middle of an era, so if she goes out somewhere and has to hire people for a video, it would be hard to hide it.
