LMFAO, the album is dead since May 2007, why release a new single now.
It wasn't dead less than a month after it's release. It was dead two months after it's release. Get it right! jk jk. This album died basically at the end of last year in the USA, and end of January worlwide when her world tour finished basically. It's still selling 1-2,000 copies every interval of weeks, so it's not 100% dead yet, that would be selling 500 or less copies worlwide every week.
"Happy" is a sad choice. , the fact that they are even releasing a single now makes me dumbfounded. But if they are, they should have went for a song that Hilary would get critical praise for her vocals, which is "No Work, All Play", almost all of the "Dignity" reviews complimented Hilary's vocals on that song.
